Quality Standard & Service Commitment

1. Craftsmanship & Materials

  • All furniture is handmade using quality hardwoods and materials selected for durability, sustainability, and appearance.

  • I carefully inspect all wood for defects before use and ensure each piece is solid, stable, and built to last.

2. Finish & Appearance

  • Each item is sanded, treated, and finished to a smooth professional standard.

  • Natural variations in wood grain, knots, and color are expected and are considered part of the character of the product.

  • Custom stain or finish colors will be matched as closely as possible to the customer’s reference, but slight variations may occur due to natural wood differences.

3. Design & Construction

  • All measurements and design details will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • I will provide drawings, photos, or descriptions as needed to ensure clarity.

  • Any structural elements (joints, supports, hardware) will be selected to meet the functional needs of the item.

4. Communication

  • I will provide regular updates during the build process, including photos when appropriate.

  • If changes, delays, or issues arise, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Items will be delivered or available for pickup on the agreed date unless delays occur due to material shortages or unforeseen circumstances.

  • I take care to package and transport items safely to avoid damage.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work.

  • This deposit covers material costs and time spent on planning and design.

2. Cancellation (Before Work Begins)

  • If you cancel before I purchase materials or start building, any deposit minus administrative costs may be refunded at my discretion.

3. Cancellation (After Work Has Started)

  • Once materials are purchased and work has begun, the order cannot be fully refunded.

  • Refunds (if any) will depend on the stage of completion and resale potential of the item.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom pieces built to your specific measurements, colors, or design preferences are not refundable once production begins.

5. Changes to Orders

  • Minor changes may be possible if requested early enough.

  • Major changes that require re-design or new materials may result in additional charges.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective due to workmanship, I will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or natural wood movement (cracks, warping due to environment) is not covered.

7. Lead Times

  • Estimated completion dates are approximate. Delays can occur due to supply issues or custom design changes.

  • I will keep you updated if timelines shift.
